Re: Help needed!
This is what I do (or used to do as I don't play against the AI any more):
I would re-do the turn. If that didn't help, I would back up a turn and start from there...assuming you have the backup available. I don't know what causes the errors but I've read too many fighters at a place or renaming ships to a ship with the same name. If you can go back a turn, consider just not doing your turn and submitting it right away...it would be better to get the game going again while "missing" a turn than to lose the whole game. Hope this helps. |
Re: Help needed!
Thanks.
I'm gonna try that. I hope it works. Not easy to lose a game by turn 266. |
Re: Help needed!
Also if you can play the AI turns for them. Sometimes this helps as well.
The old RCE problem is still alive and well. (Range Check Error) http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/images/icons/icon10.gif |
Help needed!
I'm in big trouble.
I fininshed my 266 turn in my current game, I click "End turn", and all the 20 AIs did their turns, but when it got back to me for my 267 turn, I got an error message that says "Integer overflow". Whether I click ok or not, I can't continue playing. Every time I reload, the same happens again. Any idea what may be wrong? Thanks. |
Re: Help needed!

* Dances wildly around the computer * It works again!
