Patch Mid Game
 

I am running a modded SEIV: Gold game manually (not on PBW) and I am hoping that there is some way to update/reset the game files without starting over.

There are a few errors in the mod that have become apparent and I would like to tweak the files if possible.

Any suggestions?

Tweak them directly. As long as you don't MOVE anything, or add new entries, you should be fine. IIRC most changes will show up in your save game, though the game may complain about the data files being different that can be overriden by logging in as the game master and running the turn that way.
