Does continued mining reduce%-ages?

Simple question. Let's say my planet is 100% mineral resources. If I build a lot of mineral extractors on the planet, does the mineral 'value' of the planet get reduced? Or does it always stay at 100%? And does this also hold true for organics and radioactives?

Facilities do not reduce your planet value, but remote mining does. (So a single remote miner harms the planet, while one hundred mining facilities do not.) However, you would deplete from the planets the resources you extract in a finite resources game.

Of course, this changes, sort of, if you are playing with finite resources...which, I gather, few people do.

There's also a line in Settings.txt that lets you make remote mining not deplete resources.
