OT: Amiga OS4
 

Today I got my copy of the new Amiga OS for the Amiga One computers, OS4. Looks like I will need to flash the ROM, but after that I have high hopes!

Amiga One? What's that? I have an old Amiga 2000, but the keyboard is all busted up, thanks to my niece and nephew. But I sure had some fun times with that machine, back in the day.

"Amiga One" is the newest computer for the Amiga based operating system. Even so it is over a year old. It uses a G4 CPU. Mine was running Debian Linux with an Amiga simulator while I waited for OS4 to be released.

I thought that of the reasons for BeOS creation was the official (more or less) death of the Amiga platform. But it seems that Amiga is still alive and sometimes kicking http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/images/icons/icon7.gif
