New PBEM Game
 

After receiving my copy of the game i like to play a PBEM game. I thought to start a new game and set it up along these lines
(settings not mentioned will be default)

Quadrant
-Midlife,
-large
-Warp point located anywhere in system
-The max # of systems will be set to 250
-If i find the time i will change the system files to get more different system types

Technology
-high cost

Player settings:
-racial Points medium(3000)
-starting resources high(100k)

Player
- 8-10 human players
-neutral Empires disabled
-# of Computer players high
-Computer player difficulty and bonus high

Victory conditions
-none

Game settings
-max number of units and ships both 2000
-no tactical combat

Mechanics
-Simutaneous turns

Schedule: 1 turn per day, maybe weekend off.
The game will start as soon as i have enough players.

In the settings.txt file (make a backup first)

I have uploaded several new system types some time ago. You may give them a try, and see if you like them. They are located in the scenario/mod archive.
