Odd Game Behavior
 

I am playing a SP game and I am having problems.

I gave my fleet of ships orders to attack an enemy planet a turn ago. This turn they ignored my orders and went back into the system they came from.

NOW I KNOW that when I issued orders to that fleet they had none. So what in the hell gives? Why would my fleet just "Create its own orders?"

Intel is turned off for this game, and there are no ministers present activated.

This is most odd.

Oh, no. Gremlins are in machinery of all kinds. And computers are close enough.

No it is the damned Essence!

AT, have you added or removed any ships to/from the fleet the turn before the bad orders occur? Were they orders that you gave the fleet, but then canceled and replaced with other orders?

I found the problem. Even though no ships in the fleet or the fleet itself had a minister, the resupply minister was activated and did EFFECT this fleet regardless of have no miniter control over it.

And Narf, my Cat protects my computer against gremelins. She is quite good at it although I have never seen a dead gremelin, she has engaged in hunting them late at night thus waking me up. They are small grey things with poited ears and long thin tails. They like to nest in walls and open dark secluded places. They enjoy peanut butter and and other fatty foods, but seldom if ever eat cheeze or other. They often steal things, including but not limited to socks, keys, small jewlery, etc.

Oh. Well, basically, it was a commercial for some group about checking you facts. Your joke there sounded exactly like a take-off of their description.
