OT: The lower bar on a window in windows XP

How do I turn on the little bar at the bottom of a window that tells me how big the files in there are, in total?

Click "view" on the menu bar. If there isn't a check mark next to "status bar", then click it to turn it on.

Yet another stupidity of XP, disabling the Status Bar by default.

Not bad, two replies in 13 minutes at the exact same time.

What is the record, btw?

Reply record has got to be same-minute forum time.
As for posting in stereo, I've seen two people post at one forum-minute from the question.

*Sigh* Where's scandisk? I just deleted a bunch of stuff and I kept noticing huge discrepency's between size on disk and size.

Thats defrager. Is that what you wanted?

Nope, I want the one that checks for errors on the drive. Unless XP fixed that, the size reported for your harddrive may not be the actual size and scandisk fixes that to be more accurate without needing a long time.
