Official word from Aaron(MM) on the Peaceful Happiness type

Me: 1. In the "Empire Setup Description", every single race is set to
PEACEFUL for their "Happiness Type". Was this intentional, or a mistake?

Aaron: 1. This was intentional as the AI had a hard time with some of the
happiness type variants.

Yeah - this makes sense. After our discussion yesterday, I tracked some of my back-up files to the first patch. My analysis of the AI race peacefulness types was conducted in between the first and second patch. One of my mods was to give more "positive" effects to the neutral type and reduce the number of bad effects. I guess this is moot now, since all of them are set back to "peaceful" now.
