How do you get an existing race to show up in the creat-a-game menu\'s?
 

I am want to the use the Toltayan (brown, dog-face looking things) to use to make a new empire. There is no empire file for them either...


DOH! nevah mind, ah just started a game up with the quick start menu and them saved them as an empire. hope this works!

Nope, I still can't get the portrait to show up in the "Add New" area when I want to create a race.

Apparently, my install had gotten corrupted. I re-installed aand then can now use all the default races.

Though in the Tolyatan (sp?)I had to modify the settings.txt file to include them in a quick start, start a game and save the empire, in order to have them to use as an existing race.
