CD Manual?
 

For almost every topic in the printed manual,it says see CD Manual, there is only a 3K readme file on the CD
Where is the CD Manual?

After you install the game there will be a folder in your SEIV folder on your computer called Manual. Inside that folder is a HTML manual.

I do wish that it could be accessed from within the game especially for new Users. You could however minimize the game and access it that way.

That's my problem with the manual as well. I actually prefer HTML over PDF but I do think there should be a link in the game's help button to pull the thing up in-game without having to switch in and out.

No such directory or manual is evident in my installation. What gives? Oh, and no music.

Well you can also get to the manual from the start menu. Go to Programs then Shrapnel games then Malfador Machinations inside there is the manual also. If its not there either the install didn't work or the CD was incomplete. Since I don't work for Shrapnel games or Malfador Machinations I can't tell you anything about that. It did work fine on my install.
