Construction Queue getting stuck...
 

I have noticed on a few occasions when playing a single player game, ships getting 'stuck' in the construction queue. They just sit there not getting built until I delete the ship and reenter it. I have never encountered it with a partially built ship, and it has always been when I have had a number of ships in the queue, all of the same type (this may not be relevant). I suspect it may be caused by the message you get when you click on the first queue item and say no to deleteing it.
Any one else encountered anything else similar?

Sounds like you don't have enought resources to construct it so it waits in the queen 'till you do.

No I definately had the resources, I panic if my stockpile gets too low (lost too many ships in early games to maintance) so I watch it closely.

What about you max number of ships/units. I ran into something similar one time, when I didn't change it to 2000. Left it at one hundred, then suddenly realized that I couldn't build anything anymore...no more mines, ships, etc.

No sorry, The most recent time I had it I was about 15 turns into the game, and it was only about my 5th warship, with about another 10 or so incidental ships (not counting used colony ships)

Note that cancelling the queue and reentering the items restarts it in each instance.
