Interesting...

Well I saw that Malfador Machinations updated there website saying the new patch would be out Dec 20th...well I was bored and was just playing around and found this:

This is not the valid patch.

If you download this patch it may cause problems with the game.

Once the new patch is in place I will place a notice here.

Appears to be 1.19 though the description is for the older 1.18.
