Rate of Fire question
 

How do you make a weapon that fires more than once per turn? Is this even possible?

If not the only thing that I can think of is making the weapon smaller so you can fit more on the ship, thus increasing the volume of fire.

No can do Noble. Max rate of fire is 1 per turn.
