Map/Scenario Editor

How goes the progress on the map/scenario editor? Someone said they were working on one...

The latest word from MM is that they intend to start work on the map editor as soon as their vacation is over with in Jan 2001.

I think I read that at the MM site, not sure, but I know that it was directly from MM.
