New Racial trait
How about a new racial trait,"Loyal Race"

Very good idea! Especially for neutral races, which now are just a to easy prey for intelligence operations. Maybe it should cover not only crew insurrection and PPP but all intelligence operations. If this might be to strong (it should then of course cost about 5000 racial points), you might give not 100% percent protection, but only a reduced probability of successful hostile intelligence operations.
I generally think there should be more possibilities for protection against intelligence operations, also for specific planets and ships. I hope MM realizes your idea. |

If you make the abilty, "immune to treason, and resists espionage" with an effect like No crew insurrection and no PPPs, with 20% of all enemy intel projects fail, I'd rate it as less likely to win you a game than a custom tech area. Shouldn't be more than 2000 in my mind. It is powerful, but it's not enough to get me to pick it up instead of psychic, organic, or crystal tech if I can only afford one or the other. I'd probably pick advanced storage over it if they both cost the same.
