The Constable in Nurtred
 

I have traipsed high and low looking for the Constable so I can give him the Crown. The best way (to get the end quest xp) is to give him the crown , then a window will appear. Now save the game and load it. you should be in the module without the crown and with the xp , now you should export you'r character. Or an other shorter way is to export the character directly after giving the crown, again without closing the window that appear.
