Just got game but didn't have cd...how can i get the cd...
I have also tried to join the forum at consimworld but keeps telling me membership awaiting approval

It wasn't in the box? If it wasn't, please open a ticket with otu customer support center so that they can ship you one. You will need to give them your order number and other such info.

Hi Dave,

Did you send an email to customer support at Shrapnel? I'm sure they will hook you right up. As far as CSW... I don't know what the problem is. Try sending an email to John Kranz, he's the owner. I think the email is kranz@consimworld.com, but I'm sure it's somewhere on their homepage.
