Hi Pat:

I will check and see what the problem is, but no, customer service hasn't been closed. They are really good about these things, make sure you gave them the correct e-mail address. What is your order number?

i tried checking to see if you ended up on my blocked senders list by mistake but my e-mail checks ok.
