Buying the game

So, is there a way to buy it by not importing it from shrapnel? I would have to pay 140 dollars (about) to get the game and I couldn't justify the amound for any game (unless a sequel to Colonial Conqest :-) ).

Is there a retailer or something to get the game without the 58!! dollars of ups and the 30+ customs? Can I download the game from Shrapnel?
