How do we communicate to ships?
 

I keep getting Messages from ships. Is there anyway for me to communicate back?

Nope.

The Messages are randomly selected from a list, based on the current state of the ship and your relationship to it.

Unfortunately, MM didn't get to that. We wanted it badly, but we also wanted some other things badly. http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/images/icons/icon7.gif

Hopefully there will be further patches to Starfury in a few months. Once the 'final' patch for SE IV is released and work goes forward on SE V he will probably feel a need to 'do something different' after a while to get a new perspective and Starfury would be a logical break from SE V work.

You mean that MM hasn't abandoned sort of, this game and they plan to add some extra content to it? Like what the excellent stardock is doing/has done for the galciv? I am not talking about full expansion pack, but, further missions, communications etc.
