Commodities not available
 

I played the demo, just bought the full Version, added the latest patch, but can't figure out how to buy commodities. In the spaceport window "commodities" shows up with the other components, but when clicked nothing happens. on the docking screen it has "commodities" there too, but the screen is blank, save for the margins.

Also had an interesting endgame to the demo, went after the enemy starbase with animatter torpedos, stayed at the 150ish range and was beyond it's weapon ranges, so I cut engines , put it at max time and shot it up with torps. was that a glytch , cause it seemed too easy.

Great timesink... I mean game.

I think you have to start a new game for the commodities to show up... now go find some gruesome way to get your character killed http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/images/icons/icon12.gif

Thanks, I had a feeling you were going to say that. Since I just bought my Terran Cruiser III, I'll probably keep on with this game. Not sure if commodity trading is my forte.

And fear not, I've had many gruesome deaths so far. Love that "autosave". Too bad life doesn't come with that mod installed. Maybe you guys can work on that.
