Questions about Wish and artilery spells

Has Wish been toned down? Because from what i have heard, you could wish for more astral gems than casting Wish costed...

Also, i noticed that you don't seem to get exp from overland spels, because Ragog(Anathemant Dragon) the world's most feared killer of men had 55 kills but no experience. He used Fires from Afar to score all of his kills.

Have you toned down Flames from the Sky and Murdering Winter?

wishing for gems is ok in my opinion. You get 25 gems of each kind, for a cost of 100 astrals. Its a good alchemy, but nothing unbalanced when you compute the research cost to get to level 9, and what you needed spending to have an astral 9 mage.
