Shipping Issues
 

I pre-ordered the game for my best friend and myself. I had both games shipped via overnight express via US Mail ($19.99). My buddy recieved the game on Saturday (lucky bastard) and the postman asks him to pay $4.20. I was dumbfounded because I told him that I paid the 20 dollars for shipping.

So then I'm thinking the Postman is trying to screw him until I recieved my copy today. The Postman asks for $4.20!! I live in Florida and he lives in Georgia so It's not the same crusty Postman. http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/images/icons/icon12.gif

So is anyone else having these same shipping issues?

P.S. The bumper sticker is cool but I think my wife would divorce me if I put that on the back of my truck. http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/images/icons/icon7.gif

That's strange, the $4.20 bit...

I got mine priority and it came on Saturday, only 2 days... not bad considering how expensive the express option was http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/images/icons/icon7.gif

I have no idea why you were asked to pay extra. It came in a flat rate envelope no? Was it delivered on the weekend?

Anyway, go to customer support and request a refund to your credit card for the additional charges. This should not have happened.

I havn't gotten mine yet...but I have a PO Box, so...pff...hopefully Friday..It has been sent though..so thats good..
