Unique summons not so unique?

In my current game, I just summoned two same Heliophagi. They have the same name, same abilities, everything. Note that this was only my third Helipohagus summon, so it's not that the game is making up new ones while all available are already in the game (btw, what happens in that case?). The original Helipohagus was sent to sneak into enemy province, if that matters. I'm guessing this is a bug, so I'll keep the save in case Illwinter wants to take a look at it.
Cheers,
edit: I'm playing Orania, and I saw that one of the ice devils is part of an indie group in one province. Maybe this is what is confusing the game? That is, what would happen if I summoned all ice devils if one of them is scripted to be in indie province?

I have seen the same problem.
Seems that the Heliophagus "Mabakiel" can be produced in unlimited numbers.

Looks like a bug.

There was a bug with some of the demons, but I do not remember if we found out just before or after the game went gold.

Either it is known and fixed or the fix was not working. We'll take a look.
