There is mail order, which includes by check, or money order. Though I don't know the specifics of it. Try looking at; http://www.shrapnelgames.com/service.htm for more information and perhaps someone to contact about ordering proceedure.

You can also wait for it to show up on Ebay and use something like PayPall
