How do you get the various Adepts?
 

Like the Golden Order and the Silver Order?

Are they independent units that you hire?

Yep, you have to find the special site you can hire them from (Each has it's own site).

The Maximum required to find a site is 4 as of right now.

So if you had a rainbow with 4 in every magic you would be able to find every availiable site in a province.

Hopefully with the upcoming patch we'll see more types of magic sites added to the game.

It would be interesting if the game had 3 or 4 magic sites which would move to a new province every 10 turns.
