If by "PBEM" you just mean non-blitz, then there's a game starting now - see the thread "New Network Game Starting".

You need to be internet-connected to submit orders, but that's the only real difference from PBEM (apart from being much more convenient for everyone involved).

Yeah, come join! As long as you can play at a minimum 3 times per week!
