Note the word: Demo. Here is an exact definition of demo:

A demonstration, as of a product or service.

Does that answer your question?

Excuse my bad English!

<font size="2" face="sans-serif, arial, verdana">You can buy the full game...

If you want to see what the late game is like, you can also try the dominions 1 demo, which has no turn or nation limits (it has a research cap and unit restrictions). But Dominions 2 is a much more enjoyable experience=)

<font size="2" face="sans-serif, arial, verdana">Yes there is. But its already been shown that saying how to do it would be deleted from this board quickly. (which is a good thing)

Edited notes: Its illegal. Its not easy to learn without trashing your computer and other softwares a few times. No one here is likely to tell you. This is a forum for people who LIKE the game.

<font size="2" face="sans-serif, arial, verdana">Dominions 1 didnt have it but Dominions II is priced and demo'd more like off-the-shelf software.

</font><hr /></blockquote><font size="2" face="sans-serif, arial, verdana">Okay, first thing's first: gee... my account got deleted. Congrats on having influence over the admins Gandalf.

Second thing: If an admin has a problem on the content of my Posts, they should inform me of such, and if I do not 'reform' my actions then yes I feel deletion is justified.

Third thing: Yes I know this isnt a democracy, and I probably should have been deleted for what I said, though Ironicly Gandalf just gave as much information (in the quoted segment of this mail) as I did, which got me deleted...

Fourth thing: I know i'm *****ing about how Gandalf is a admin lacky, but in these big Boards lackys are needed.

Fifth thing: I'm not sure if you are aware, but by banning me you have Banned all access from the West-coast locations of a *very* large software company. I dont think that's a very desired effect, blocking some 50,000 potential customers?

Sixth thing: Obviously I can get around the ban, either by using a proxy server from a different region, or (in this case) TS'ing to a remote machine.

So in the interest of burying the hatchet, I'll abstain from posting anything incriminating to either myself, or to the lazy developers.

I would strongly recomend un-banning the proxy server my account originally went through however, as there are probably a few people wondering why they cant access the fourms now. It'd be a pitty for my asinine behavior to harm their experience and/or sales of your products.

<font size="2" face="sans-serif, arial, verdana">Thanks. But I dont think its "Gandalf" having influence as much as I was aware of what sysadmins do and why. I was just the first one to notify them of the post.

<font size="2" face="sans-serif, arial, verdana">Such a familiar refrain. Not that I disagree but what "should" be is a nice chorus to a pretty song.

<font size="2" face="sans-serif, arial, verdana">Saying something is possible is slightly different than saying how and giving a memory location. In my case its just that I have a thing about lying so all I said was that it was possible. Of course its possible.

<font size="2" face="sans-serif, arial, verdana">Lacky. thats a new one for me. Nanny, CyberCop, Paladin, LawfulNeutral, TattleTale, Fanboi has been the latest one. Yes I have a tendency to be a "presence" on forums (good or bad). For every good name a person gets there are an equal number of bad ones. All interpretation of the same thing. The only way to never get one, is to never get the other.

<font size="2" face="sans-serif, arial, verdana">Ahhh another familiar subject. Dating back 30 years or so. (yes I know thats before WWW and even before PCs) The MUDs had the same problem but this answer worked as well as any. Block an IP group and you lose a chunk of problems all at once. Some good with the bad but it was an easy answer. Internet is big, there will always be more.

<font size="2" face="sans-serif, arial, verdana">Obviously. This is something else you thought would be a surprise? Yes nothing works so why try? Amazing how often such efforts are misunderstood. This whole thing strikes me as being like sticking your tongue out at your dad after he spanked you.

<font size="2" face="sans-serif, arial, verdana">Ahhhh it wasnt a wasted effort after all. Welcome back.
