Revive non-living?
Hi,
There are many devices (all misc, I think) to bring living units back to life, is there anything, any spell, to bring unliving things (constructs, like Iron Dragons) back to life? I notice they can use regen rings. Thanks, V'ger gone |
Re: Revive non-living?
I don't think there is, but it would make an excellent addition.

Re: Revive non-living?
Lifeless constructs shouldn't be able to utilize regeneration.
However, they are repaired if in a province with a lab ... so maybe what you observed wasn't the effect of the regen ring (that would only work during combat) but of being at a lab (what works turn-wise)? Or did I get something wrong here again - don't think so but with DOM you'll never know http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/images/icons/icon12.gif A. edit: different effects ring/lab [ January 07, 2004, 11:26: Message edited by: Arralen ] |
Re: Revive non-living?
Hi,
No, I've seen them regen in combat. I have 3 IDs running about with regen rings and they all get hit points back in combat. Ciao, V'ger gone |

Re: Revive non-living?
Some use the ID term to refer to Ice Devils, and some to refer to Iron Dragons...which is kind of confusing.

Re: Revive non-living?
Ok. Then if Iron Dragons benefit from regen items, that is strange, and I would say a bug...
