Does spellcasting with an item cause fatigue?
 

Hello there, just found a neat item which casts incinerate -- was wondering if spellcasting using spells from items cause fatigue as normal spellcasting -- and if so, how does the fatigue bonus/penalty work for not having enough/having lots of magic power in the path of the item? thanks

When using a magic item it costs 5 Fatigue per cast. It doesn't rely on any sort of magical path formula.

I don't know if this is doubled with Rain (for fire spells) But I don't think so.
