Order to Assassinate?

How do I order an Assassin to perform an Assassination attempt (rather than a normal attack)?

When hidden in a province you do not own, their should be a command on your command list that says "Assassinate Enemy Commander". There are factors in which commander (if there are multiple ones in the province) is targeted, but other than that, the next turn you should commit an assassination.
