I'm sure I've seen a reference to a supplier in France. Probably here or on comp.sys.ibm.pc.games.strategic.

Otherwise Strategic Plus (www.sps-systems.co.uk) in the UK sells it, but is currently out of stock. I'm waiting for my copy from them.

I'm almost positive the strat. map picture in it shows the remnants of my Arcoscephale empire... AFTER he attacked me. In the same issue, you'll find an add for Store4War. They sell the game for 49 Euros plus shipping, which, with the current exchange rate, seems competitive.
