can unbreakables retreat?
Did a forum search couldn't find anything germane...
Can unbreakables constructs etc voluntarily retreat or do they simply ignore the order? I know they will dissolve if the leader bails first. But if given a retreat order do they act normally? Also if I mix unbreakables with normal troops, I assume I won't get ubermorale normal squads? Rabe the Undead Weenie |

If I mix the unbreakables with normal units, and normal units rout, but the army doesn't (it's just their squad that is routing), does that mean that they wil dissolve even if I have appropriate commanders or will they keep on fighting like berserkers do? I was never able to establish what happens here with certainty. |
Re: can unbreakables retreat?
Unbreakable units do not dissolve. Mindless units do. All mindles units are unbreakable, but there are some unbreakable (demons, pretenders, breserkers etc) that are not mindless.
A mindless will dissolve when forced to rout. - Ordered to retreat - Leader loss - Mixed squad rout * Edit: Also - Attackers rout after 50 turns if not victorious * [ January 25, 2004, 21:31: Message edited by: Kristoffer O ] |
