Alliances
Sorry if this has been suggested/disscussed/rejected before, but what about adding alliances in a future Version?
Even though it wouldn't make any sense according to the plot, it'd help me a lot. The group of people that I have lan parties with are sore losers, especially when losing to a player. Players vs comps games would be really helpful. There could be problems with dominion. Maybe have each alliance control only one of the factions? Hmm, then it would be tough to tell apart who controls which provinces. Currently the only way I can get anyone to play this game with me is by having a rule that noone attacks each other, only fight the computers, and when they are dead the game is over. |

Not sure what you want. The multiplayer games now have alot of alliances. Short ones like NAPs (non aggression pacts) with agreements like a 3-turn notice before dissolving it. And long ones meant to Last the whole game.
The computer players have the ability to ally also so they wont attack each other. Dont worry, those have to be setup as part of the map design so you should never be caught off guard by it. |
