Questions on IntelProjects.txt ??

1. For each intelligence project there is a line that has Effect Amount. What does this represent? Thanks.

That depends on the intel project and it usually represents the amount of items affected like the number of ships that are bombed, stolen etc., or the amount of some other specific damage like the amount of ship experience lost, amount of fuel lost, damage done by a ship bomb, etc.
