Someone mentioned something for France too, I would try a search with "buying this game" and/or "Europe".

I've bought two copies of this game direct from the USA and had no problems with delivery or shipping. The delivery time for the second copy was 4 days after ordering. With the generous exchange rate, the first copy cost UKP 32.5, the second UKP 27.4 ! I would recommend buying direct !
