Priest levels, do i miss something?
 

Is there a way to raise the priest levels or am i stuck with level 3 priests and the lvl 4 prophet? If there is it's well hidden http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/images/icons/icon7.gif

Crystal Shield (During Combat)
Sword of Justice (Holy)
Sword of Injustice (Unholy)
Communion/Sabbath (During Combat)

That's pretty much it.

<font size="2" face="sans-serif, arial, verdana">There is a Unique sword whose name escapes me at the moment which boosts priest level +1 for all purposes (preaching etc.)
If you want a higher level priest *in combat only* (for smiting purposes or whatever), Communions *DO WORK* on priests, so you can go with that. I sometimes do, it is great fun. This will not help you with preaching, of course.

Oh, btw Zen: In your excellent Magic Item list, I think there may be a small booboo:
I *think* the Scultata Vulturnus gives a Shocking Grasp, not a Lightning Bolt.

<font size="2" face="sans-serif, arial, verdana">Yes the Shield does give you Holy/Unholy levels too. And there are quite a few booboo's in 2.5. I have 2.6 complete, just the 'in game' iconing is taking some time. Look for it here shortly to be availiable. Including Independant Hero Artifacts and new item from the 2.08 patch.
