a freaky suggestion

I think it would be neat if the Freak Lord http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/images/icons/tongue.gif got a bonus to Cross Breeding. He looks so cool, but no one ever chooses him!

Good idea. He already managed to make one good freak after all. Should get a bonus to the quality of the crossbreeds.
