Flying Ship: 1 map movement?

Ok, quick question.

Played an Abyssian game where I forged the Flying Ship.
Gave it to a mage commanding a few dozen Lavabreds and Humanborns.

The map movement for the mage was shown as 1 instead of the expected 3.

Am I missing anything?

It's a known bug.
