Precognition spell?

I had a crazy idea. What about a powerful ritual spell, that when cast, allows the next turn to happen. But, after THAT, any person who had previously cast that could re-do their decisions for the turn, but those that HADN'T cast it couldn't. It would have to be specified that Precognition could NOT be cast during the free turn provided by precognition. It would probably be high high level astral. What do you all think? Too crazy, already in the game and I didn't notice? It just occured to me that this could be a fun way to harness the games PBEM style.

Plus, if you're on a one-turn-a-day schedule, learning that today's turn is not for you would be... err... annoying, I'd say.

A similar idea was discarded in the development of Dominions I. It is a fun idea but rather impossible to implement in a meaningful way.
