A few modding questions

I am just playing around with the modding stuff and found a few things I couldn't figure out how to do from either the modding pdf or from the forums.

First off, I was interested in Healing, the way that Priestesses of Arcos heal. Healing of other units. I wanted to design a pretender god with the ability to heal his units, but I don't see a command anywhere to assign the Healing ability. #Heal just lets the unit heal itself automatically. So what is the assignment command?

Second, I was interested in creating a new national hero. I think I understand how to assign the attributes to the hero, but not how to mark the unit as a hero. So what would be the assignment command to set the hero flag?

If anyone can help me out with this I would appreciate it. Thanks,

Vodalus

Re: A few modding questions

These abilities are not yet moddable. This seems to also include Unholy, Pillage bonus and Patrol Bonus. Only way around it is to edit a unit who already has these qualities. I assume heroes are added while editing nations rather than units though.

Thanks for the quick reply. Sorry to hear these things are not apparently moddable at present. I had found the command (under nation-modding) to clear the list of national heroes, but nothing on how to create a list of national heroes.

I don't suppose there is anyway to create a custom magical site either?

I believe you can change magic sites by Map Modding. This is a whole different thing. I haven't done much of it myself, but Gandalf would be a good resource--or you could repost your question with a different subject heading to get those interested in Map Modding to take a look.

I may be wrong. It could be that you can just change which starting sites you get. I hope you can mod the sites themselves though!
