I plan to get the graphics done right this week. Otherwise, I consider it mostly done. I have a couple of additions I want to add. The Lady's Armored War Elephants (extremely expensive, as she only had 10 of them). Some Mobile Infantry. Some new spells when the spell modding becomes better.

For what its worth you could make a search for "game sprites" or the like. There are quite a few sites that collect various unit graphics, though the foremost is anime style RPGs. If you can extract frames from an animated gif then it's even better.

Perhaps you could list what kind of graphics, roughly, you're after? I never heard of the Black Empire myself so I stand a bit flabbergasted.
