I guess I the lack of sleep finally cought up to me. The game was locking up on player 2, so I switched player 2 to manual, and played through. After fixing the safo, AI wanted to retrofit something it could not, I switched player 2 and 1 to computer, and processed the turn.

"GAME OVER"

I am going to bed now. I am really mad right now. I....... arrrgggg.
