Mod: Heroes and Sites

Are there any plans to allow modding of (legendary) heroes (the ones that show up at your door) and/or magic sites (what they do, what they're called, etc.) in a future release?

How about allowing mod authors to reference existing unit sprites when creating new units? Or, for that matter, releasing the current sprites as separate files in an archive (.zip) we can download?

It would be very helpful to be able to borrow graphics from other units for new mod units.

It'd also be very nice to be able to add and remove any number of heroes to each nation and theme.

I and others have requested these before.

You can at least change the existing heroes. Just get their monster numbers and mod those.

Now I'm off to play with that Middle Earth map...
