Marignon heroes
 

I am sure Marignon must have heroes, like any other nation, but in my first game I played to turn 94 without seeing any, so in the second game I chose some luck scales (+1), but now I am in turn 73 and still havent seen one. Just bad luck I suppose. Or is Marignon special here?
In case they do have heroes (I did a search and turned up "carmont", but don't know what his deal is), can someone clue me in? Thanks.
