VQ and special dominion question

Ok question for VQ fans.

We all know that VQ is very powerfull SC (probably the most powerfull for most races)especially with right magic pathes selected. Also obviosly it's good to have relatively high dominion with VQ, to utilize her immortality in most efficient way. Personally I am always trying to have dominion at least 5 with VQ, or even 6 or 7 if I can afford it.

So when I was tweaking my VQ pretender today preparing to play race with standart theme, I thought about selecting "Restless Worshipers" instead of that standart theme for the nation.

I wonder if it's worth it? How strong is this "restless worshipers" effect? I mean - which is better for the cause of spreading your dominion into enemy territory - dump 50 design points into incresing dominion (that would allow you increase from Dominion 5 to Dominion 7 for you VQ) or spend 50 points on "Restless worshipers"?

PS Another unrelated question - what excatly do I need to do to force computer to select none-broken theme and Impossible AI for Jotunheim on Orania or Peter's Orania Nasty Edition maps? (Niefelheim theme for example)

I want to play with all races (except Ermor) controlled by AIs but I want to make sure that Jotunheim will not select broken theme.

I'd take the money in the bank (the 7 dominion).

as to the second, start a game w/ two human players (one being jot) so that you can choose a non-utgard theme, then set to AI control first turn.

<font size="2" face="sans-serif, arial, verdana">That would work of course, but than I would have to create Jotun's pretender myslef, while I want it to be random and contolled by Impossible AI (which aslo gives him more design points)
