Heat from Hell spell

Does anyone use this spell??

I have tried it without much success. I am fighting man and their troops do not have any fire resistance but I see no effect at all.

I expected all of their troops to start losing hps gradually.

It causes fatigue, not damage to hit points.

I think it just makes their fatigue go up faster.

Heat from hell is basically the equivalent of having a unit with heat radiation next to everyone on the battlefield. It causes extra fatigue, and has a chance to light the unit on fire. Both of these effects depend a great deal on the current temperature scale in a province. In heat 3, the effect is very noticeable, but in cold 3, it is very small.
