Where is my CD key?

Ok, maybe I'm blind. I just received my copy of Dominions II in the mail, and when I go to start it for the first time it tells me I need a CD key. Fine, but I can't seem to find one anywhere. Where should I be looking? It's not on the CD, nor on the CD sleeve.

Check the manual. Should be on the inside of the cover.
