New Version of the Hoburg Alliance SE

A few minor changes.

The Great Rainmaker's hawk no longer loses it's natural attacks if he wields new weapons.
Hildegard is now a magic being, and produces 1 fire gem each month.
Rhianne has more stealth and is a spy.
