There are 2 types of Sorceresses in game. 1 is in Grey robe and it's the one you found. Other is in Blue robe and has skills as described - 2 Air, 2 Astral, 1 Random.

I think you recruit the other type in the Mirror Wall Palace.

This may be so unimportant as to be trivial, but for the first time ever I have found the "Twice Walled Tower", in which I may recruit a Sorceress, who is apparently specialized in Astral and Air magic. Except that she gets 1 fire, 1 earth, 2 astral, and 1 random -- which is all quite nice to be sure, really, but somewhat lacking in Air.
